Max Interval Circuit - 60 minutes of fun. Actually, this one I follow by checking off in my mind the three different sections after the warm up and stretch. I know that each section repeats three times, and at the end of two of them, Shaun T. sneaks in an extra exercise to keep us going just that much longer. Luckily, I felt good today, and I kept up with everything. The only other thing I'll say is I'm really over all the burpees - side, ski, and regular. I never knew why I did this exercise as a kid, but now I know why - it was in preparation for INSANITY!!!
