Max Interval Plyo - Done. Last time around, I found this workout the hardest of the whole program. Today I remembered why. Whew! It's not so much the pushups (and pushups and pushups), but it's the jumping I.E. plyometrics. Yikes! The jumping just wipes my body out. I was able to get through the whole thing without stopping (I really don't know how), but I really had summon up the strength - from where, I don't know - to keep going.
But, this is not the end of my story today. I've had a really stressful job issue that I've been dealing with all weekend. It's coming to a head, and today I was so stressed, I had to keep myself from losing it. (By losing it, I mean yelling at someone I work with who messed up enough that it's going to cost a lot of money to fix or the project will be cancelled.) I decided to go to a spin class. I figured I'd release all my anger and stress on the bike. I did, and it felt great! Unfortunately, I'm back dealing with the same issue, and although I feel more calm, I'm still really stressed. I hope I can relax when I finish for the day!! (Oh, and I'm writing this to relax me too!)
