:-) I joined the new SparkCoach team and will give it a 2 wk trial to see how I do with it. It was fun coming up with over 650 points today!
For exercise, I put together a collection of short stretching videos while giving some sore muscles a break. Some of them don't seem to have a way to add them to favorites.
Good meals today with 1386 total.

TIRED. Ended up with 1402 cal total in spite of making waffles and fried apples for breakfast, turkey casserole for dinner, and WeightWatchers spice cake for husband who didn't get enough when I made it for company last weekend.
I did a load of laundry, sang in choir, shopped, ran errands, baked, read two newspapers, and played string with a very persistent cat. I was glad I exercised early today, or I wouldn't have gotten to it!

I just realized I didn't do a blog yesterday. It was unexpectely busy, so much so that "lunch" at 2 PM was a cup of coffee and a cookie at the bank. I'd eaten a light breakfast, actually forgot to eat everything on my menu, so you can imagine how hungry I was when I finally got home. I expect I was over my cal range, but I had a very productive busy day that made me happy even if my meals got all messed up.
Today was a little out of the ordinary, too. We woke up much too early and went out for breakfast. I was tired of my usual order of poached eggs on wheat toast, or fruit and oatmeal, so I had a delicious and filling vegetable omelet with grits and a buttermilk biscuit, something I haven't indulged in for ages. I wasn't very hungry at lunch time, had a roll and bowl of homemade Greek lemon rice soup. I skipped my afternoon snack, cleaned and repaired a large kitchen drawer instead of eating. Dinner was leftover turkey, vegetables, and yellow rice. The combination turned out so good, we both had seconds which I rarely do anymore. In spite of using the bulk of my calories on two meals, I still have 91 to spare if I want a small bedtime snack!

In addition to eating well, I did an assortment of short SP videos and workouts, a couple with balance ball and ending with some yoga poses. After 7 mos of doing SP videos, I have enough flexibility to do ALL the poses!

First of all, confession time. Aside from the daily stretching I do in bed, I didn't exercise today. I got caught up in a book, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. What a hoot! It won't hurt me to take a day off once in awhile. I keep reading on here that I should be having some rest days from exercise, but I seldom do. Anyway, the book is making me laugh, and I can't wait to pass it along to my daughter.
I'm doing a three day challenge with a new Sparkfriend, and I've stayed comfortably in range today.

It's nearly my one year Sparkversary! Whatever I have & haven't done, I'm 30 lbs lighter, my closet is emptier because of all the too-big clothes I've gotten rid of, I've developed a workout habit, and I've hung in there whether I've been doing good or not.

1570 total, 20 cal over because of picking up fast food for dinner. However, when you consider what fast food can be, I think did very well. Plenty of exercise today, too.
