And Counting...(backwards!) Day 41Saturday, July 07, 2012
Under calories today which is unusual. I had time only to throw some berries, almond milk and choc peanut butter powder in the blender for lunch. A couple of under calorie days won't hurt, but I'm not going to make a habit of it. I feel really good about what I did eat. ![]()

I'm challenging myself to post my calorie totals daily till my 1 year Sparkversary on 8/16. Here's today:
295 breakfast
350 lunch
143 snack #1
285 dinner
204 snack #2
1277 total
Exercise: SP cardio video, yardwork, lots of housecleaning
Taking a page from several Sparkfriends; accountability is a great help!
