What encourages me most about SparkPeople is all the ways to stay on track. I'm actually enjoying adding up calories and seeing what and how much I'm eating--or NOT eating! Got brave & weighed myself this morning; down several pounds. I am NOT going to kick myself about what I haven't lost. What I've gained is a more realistic knowledge of my eating habits and the ability to change what won't help me meet my goals. I want to weigh 50 lbs less next August. Today I'm experimenting with lower cal counts and am feeling full and satisfied. I really like not having to spend time and gas going to a meeting, but still being connected with a supportive network. Thanks, fellow lose-to-winners!
