Going towards that 200 goal! I am now 204.6!!!

KEY for me is not eating at night. Wanting to eat at night means I am tired and need to sleep. I am learning that about myself.

I'm putting it down to Level 1, which is almost no resistance. I found I went really fast on it, for me, and it felt like running, only without the "problems" that I have with running.

I went farther and faster. FUN!!!

  


IF HUNGER IS NOT THE PROBLEM, THEN EATING IS NOT THE SOLUTION.

It's hard for me to count calories right now. Supposedly, I am burning between 1250 & 1400 calories doing the elliptical twice a day.

If that is true, great! One thing I noticed from doing the elliptical last night, I wasn't totally wasted tired from it. Which is odd, since it usually makes me totally tired after going for an hour.

I was thinking, maybe this afternoon, of starting up doing pilates again, and stregthening my stom muscles. You can see from the pix that that is where I need the most help.

So, if I do it, I'm thinking at 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm to do pilates. Maybe just a short one at first.

I kept losing and gaining those pounds over 200.

I am finally at the point where I can do 2 drenching workouts for an hour each on the elliptical. I started it a few days ago, and I felt confident that I could "officially" do 2 hours a day with the elliptical as of yesterday.

I'm really proud of myself, plus the weather has warmed up.

2 workouts for an hour each is about 1300 calories a day worked off. The good thing is that I'm watching cable tv while doing this -- I am not thinking at all about what I'm doing.

I wind up drenched with sweat.

I have an overeating disorder, which is how I got to the size that I am. I binge eat, stress eat, boredom eat, -- mostly stress eat. I also have IBS, which is related to my overeating disorder, my stom hurts and I want to eat all the time too.

Working off 1300 calories, and attempting to calorie count (I seem to never do the end of the day stuff) is working for me, I think.

I did go down a bra size, but then gained it all back again (since that other entry). That was before I decided that I could do 2 workouts on the elliptical for a total of 2 hours per day.

I'm back down to that other bra size.

I love sweating. The only neg thing is that I was getting heat rashes in my sensitive bits. I went to the store and bought nappy rash stuff (brit terminology for diapers) and it seems to have helped. I don't feel stingy in those areas today.
