What Happened?

I was working out with my Biggest Loser DVD and all of a sudden I felt dizzy, light headed emoticon, faint and nauseated. I sat down and closed my eyes for a seconds. Not certain what happened. Maybe my blood sugar dropped, who knows. So now I am just sitting down trying to get my head to stop hurting and my stomach settled. Maybe tomorrow I can do a complete workout.

    That happens sometimes--the heat, tiredness, your body adjusting to the activity. Just be careful, slow down, breathe and ride it out. BUT if it happens regularly, then see a doc! Important to keep things in check and take care of yourself!

Still happy from my 10 pounds lost. But I can't just be happy, I must continue on the path of being healthy and getting the weight off emoticon. Today was a day to strength train with a little touch of walking. Tomorrow is my 60 min cardio day.

Look out here I come. I am heading toward the lowest weight I have had in a very long time or before my now 22 year son was born.

Happy Dance!

Yes, I am doing the happy dance or should I say the emoticon 10 pounds dance emoticon. I was so happy to see where the emoticon stopped today during my visit with the doctor. He was happy with my weight and my BP 110/72. There is a chance of me coming off one of my BP meds. Can I get another emoticon After I left my appointment, I went home and did 15 mins of the Biggest Loser emoticon.

Such a emoticonfeeling to know I have lost weight. Such a great feeling to know I don't have too much more to go. I owe it all to Zumba, SparkPeople emoticon and my emoticon. Continue to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Together we will squash the Fat Monster and give the Fat emoticon a run forhis/her life.

Early Sunday

Up again early this morning. Now I am so sleepy. Well tomorrow the truth will be told. I will find out how much weight I have lost since my last visit and some eating changes on May 24th. My goal was 170 pounds by July 25. We will see tomorrow. One thing for sure I have lost some weight emoticon emoticon. It may not be as much as I had planned but it will be something. emoticon With what I find out tomorrow, I can use it as a foundation to get more weight off. Maybe I will get to the ideal weight of 150. NOT. I am aiming for the weight of 160-165. Hopefully after my appointment, I can go to Zumba and than to work.

I have a full Monday ahead of me.

Space Invasion

Started early this morning. I was in the emoticon store at 7:30 am. I wanted to get my shopping finished before it got too hot. I did not want to go after Zumba either. Finished shopping, got the items put way and had a moment to rest before going to Zumba. Class this morning was fun and intense emoticon I actually knew the routine emoticon. Next time I go, the routine will probably be different emoticon.

During Zumba today, I got a little PO'ed at a person. I was at the front of the class today. WooHoo! for me. This was not by choice. There was a group who had posted up in the middle and the back of the room. Anyone who does or knows about Zumba, know having room to move is a must. One must have room to "work the floor" so to speak. Well, some where along the way I notice my space getting smaller and smaller. One of the persons from the back row group is now beside me emoticon. This is a problem. My space is shrinking. I thought maybe the last routine caused this person to be next to me and she will be returning to her original space soon. Boy was I wrong, she stayed next to me. I decided to keep from kicking her or vice verse, I will Cha-Cha myself toward the back (no room to go forward). So I did a two-step and stepped my way backwards. To keep others out of my space, I kept my kicks high and my side steps wide emoticon. Needless to say, I owned my space, had one heck of a workout and no more invasions emoticon.

Don't only Spread the Spark, spread yourself to protect your space and get a great workout. emoticon
