Today for professional development Yoga, basic, was offered and I tried it. I like fast moving workouts, Zumba, Masala Bhangra, Kickboxing, etc. Yoga has always appeared to be too slow for my liking. When I finished I must say I was really relaxed. It would have been much better if I did not have to return to work. Oh well. It was an hour well spent. Maybe after I have had some additional classes and learn the moves better, I might add yoga to my list of exercises.
Today I gave Yoga a try Have you tired a new exercise lately? If so, what was it and will you try it again?
