I am trying to get some lose ends tied at work before Friday. It does not look like it is going to happen . I try to stress to my supervisors the importance of getting task to me in a timely manner. If I get the task in time I can get it done in time and move to the next thing on my list. I hate it when my deadline means nothing and I am receiving jobs after my deadline.
I am sorry I had to vent. I was so stressed out yesterday, I did not get to post my blog and I almost had a . Instead I had a grilled cheese sandwich (wheat bread and reduced fat cheese), exercised 30 mins with Gilad(?) and called it a night .
I refuse to let the actions of others undo what I worked so hard to do
Although I have been a Spark person since November, I have only been serious and active for 1 month . I feel better and I look better. Just think, if I had taken this serious in November, I would be down who knows how much weight by now.
I knew in November I was not living a healthy lifestyle. I just chose to ignore it and it caught up with me. So anyone who reads my blog and you are not taking your situation seriously. Take it from me, it does not get better. You can ignore it for a little while and when it hits, it will hit hard.
I am too sleepy to blog much tonight. I have been working on a new workout that seems to taking a toll on me. Which is good. I must say when I hit the pillow I am down for the night .
I am vastly approaching my 1 month mark on SparkPeople. Or should I say the one month mark that I have been serious about my healthy lifestyle. Within in the next couple of days, I will be working on some goals and looking at what I need to do to continue my journey.
Let me start out by saying today in NC was and I do mean hott. I manage to get in my cardio and weights today. I had a great time. I owe it all to doing various machines in small time allotments. This keeps me from getting bored. It sounds like a lot of work but I get my heart rate up and for 5 min bring it down and get on another machine and push to the max. I think I will continue this type of cardio workout until there are some group classes I can take part in. My workout consisted of:
