So yesterday (Tuesday)
17. Break a personal record.
--I woke up, threw on my bomb new saucony kinvara 2's and did some sprints. 1.3 miles running with sprints faster than I have ever done before. That is a personal record. I love challenging my legs because they are super trouble zone. Then I did 5 sets of 20 (100 reps total) on the leg press. My legs are offically burning and aching today, and I'm doing another one of these on Thursday.
18. Workout first thing in the morning.
---Well, I got up around 6am and took a shower. I had a bunch of crap to do at the mall (return sandals that were butt ugly from Victorias Secret, recycle some old MAC makeup- bought new mac makeup and got a free lipstick)- but I did all of this pushing my sons jogging stroller full speed ahead. Not a REAL workout, but was a nice stretch on my poor leggys!
