My first weigh-in with the Dragons went well. I've lost three pounds since New Years and now I'll be working on moving closer to 126(ish). Since then, I've been within my calorie range EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'm so happy with myself. I haven't been this consistent since hit my goal weight six months after starting Spark. If I have, I can't remember.
I did a few strength exercises as part of the BLC15 and a few more as an additional challenge - 50 pushups, 50 crunches & 50 squats. My core/lower bod is going to despise me tomorrow. I think I'll wear my Ugalikes so I don't have to bend over to tie my shoes.
