Alright, it seems I've fallen off the video bandwagon BUT I've been doing my running still. I picked up a schedule for my gym today and chose a few classes that I thought I'd be interested in... hopefully, I can schedule (and follow through with) going to a few classes this week.

    I started the SYBB well last week and petered out be week's end. However, I started back up again yesterday. You can too!

What kinds of classes are you going to this week? Anything new?
