Yesterday was day one (again). According to my Spark report, I burned 158 more calories than I consumed. It takes into account my BMR which is 1630.
Calories eaten: 1821 (81 over)
40 minute (5.5 km) run: 349 calories
Water: 2 litres
Fruit/veggies: 7 servings
General feeling: stressed, actually. Running in the snow didn't give me the usual "ahhhh" feeling I get from running. I'll get used to it again, I have no choice but last night was just "GRRR".
Today I don't have any exercise scheduled. Maybe I'll go toboganning with the kids and/or take the dog for a walk. Suddenly, I wish I had a Wii.
