Ok, so Sunday I recalculated my calories. Since then, I've gone over both days but only by 24 on Monday and 51 on Tuesday.
Monday was my "off" day and, I was feeling pretty crappy anyway, so I did what I planned to do - nothing.
Today, I scheduled, and completed a 5 km steady run. I also did W2D1 of the pushup challenge. 14/14/10/10/16 = 64
Tomorrow, I have another run planned. =) Can't wait.
