It all started with my first (for this year) Stampede breakfast and ended with my not wanting to cook dinner. Probably because by 3:00 I'd already consumed way too many carbohydrates, sugar and sodium....... I figured at 4:30 that I'd have enough time for the fries, grilled chicken and shake from Wendy's would settle by run time. BLAH! It did not. The run started out great and then, as my bud so eloquently put it, I had to "slow down to keep it down". LOL. There are four more days left to this week. I have to behave because w/o my extra workouts I have GOT to make my runs work and the last two have not.
The plan for the rest of the week:
Thursday: Cross-Training & 3 km run
Saturday: hiking around Drumheller
Sunday: 9 km run
(boy-oh I'm whiney this week)
