Big time slack off day. I didn't do anythng. I worked for two hours, came home and ate lunch, had a panic attack and then went to bed for four and a half hours. These attacks are starting to happen more often. I don't know if it's work or finance related, even tho' they kind of go hand in hand, but I do know that I have to do something about it. On that note, I applied for a job with Canada Post. Here's hoping that I get it. I may have to give up being a trainer at GL but I have other options available to me so I'm not too worried about giving it up my dream completely. It just sucks a little. BUT I have to look after myself and my kids first and I'm no good to them if I'm getting sick all the time.
