I did something very silly a few hours ago. My mom asked me to take her grocery shopping and I was HUNGRY so I ate deep-fried chicken tenders and potato wedges. Aside from that icky leftover taste in my mouth and the tummy grumbles, I also got gassy & bloated almost right away. I really, really don't feel very well. I hope this all passes in the next hour because I can't imagine I'm fun to be around right now and I have a client in 63 minutes. :~)
The rest of the day was better. I walked the five floors to a meeting I had this afternoon instead of taking the elevator. I'm guessing 131 stairs each way. Add to that, the walk to and from the swimming pool today and I've done my 30 minutes of cardio. Yay me! I even stayed close to my calorie range today.
I bought myself the prettiest resistance TUBE today. It's pink!! I just hope it's not a super resistant resistance band. I'm not feeling very strong tonight. BudyPump dang near did me in.
