Last week's challenges were:
Nutritional - 2L water/day, 6 servings of fruits/veggies
Cardio - 30 minutes per day 6/7 days OR 180 minutes total for the week
Strength - planks (3 @ 30 seconds), 2 full-body workouts
And another pound release!
So how did I do?
water - 6/7 days
fruits/veggies - 4/7
cardio - 258 minutes
strength - no planks but I did do ONE full body workout
pound release? NO
Better luck this week. Richard's vowing to start eating healthier so that'll be a help of sorts. The kids are back at their dad's, too, and that will mean less chance of my eating out or eating less than nutritious snacks with them. Can I get back on track?
