Alright, this was not a good day for eating OR drinking. I had three beer, a chocolate bar and a croissant after 9:00. I figure that my "active Friday night" burned some of those calories but definitely not enough. Neither did the BC video. I'll have to do better. Saturday doesn't look good for this tho' because I'm going out for dinner again. Oh well. I'm still maintaining.

  Way to go keeping up with the bootcamp! I started but died out with a stressful week of work BUT to make up for it I am now working out and kicking butt following the Jillian Michaels Interval training program from her website, I think it was just the change in pace that I needed.

Cardio - 3 km run - 21 minutes (ok, so not quite 30 but the video was 10 minutes, too)

This was a pretty good day. My eating was controlled and I made decisions that I thought were the healthiest. My run, however, wasn't very good. After 3k, I had to stop because my knees and shins were hurting. Moral of the story: pay attention when you're putting on your shoes before a run. Dead shoes will hurt you.
