I'm up one to 122.5 this morning. Bleh. I'm betting that tomorrow it'll be gone again but whatever. :~)
Cardio - 15 kms! walk it, bike it, skate it
Strength - 2 full body workouts
Nutrition - Fruit/Vegs 6 Water 2L and stay within your calorie range on 5/7 days

So far, this challenge has been about maintenance for me. Here's hoping that if I can't lose, I don't gain either.
I decided to skip Bootcamp this morning. Between my blisters and my cat bite, I'm not very chipper. I can't grip with my right hand and I'm thinking shoes are going to be a VERY painful accessory. LOL, sucks to be me today.
