Our challenges for this week are:
Cardio: 10 kms. Walk, run, bike
Nutrition: 6 servings of fruits and vegetables
Water: get your 8 cups a day (2L)
Strength: full body workouts - twice
I slept in until 10:00 today. When I finally got up and at 'em, I spent the day with Logan watching a movie and then I gathered up the rest of them and headed out to Cochrane for ice cream. If I'm going to splurge, it's going to be the very best: McKay's!!
Tonight we had a turkey dinner. I didn't weigh/measure anything exactly but I think I have a reasonable eye for it by now. Hopefully, I stayed within my calorie range because I have to present my journal to Chas. Ugh... I love turkey but I hate (HATE) the turkey hangover. :~) I hope I can stay awake for Biggest Loser!
