Ok, the internet demons just ate my blog!! I'm not happy!
I'm feeling pretty accomplished at the moment. It's only lunch time and I've hit all of my "goals" for today. I did a 5 km run this morning (40 minutes & 560 calories), I've had two good servings of fruit and I have another waiting for afternoon snacktime. I've had three servings of vegetables. I've already had 1.5L of water. Another .5L should not be an issue.
It's a good day. Best part is, if I keep on track, I'll be within calorie range for the second day in a row.
OH! and I did a half an hour of strength training in BodyPump class! (un)fortunately, my client showed up and I had to bail early but I still got a good upper body workout and a ton of squats in.
Update: I had a total of 3Ls of water, 4 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables yesterday. I also ate Pringles and earned myself a nasty case of cramps and heartburn. They're officially off my list. My calories for the day 2238. That's 268 over. Bleh.
