This morning I ran with the "fast" group within our clinic. I thought for sure I'd be left in their dust but I wasn't. I kept up for the first 15 k's but another one of the runners and I dropped back a bit. BUT!! I finished my 20 k run in the same amount of time that I ran last week's 18.
It. Felt. AWESOME!
Last week, I ran a total of 32.79 kms for an April total of 50.88 It's only the 8th! Omigosh! I also did TBW & yoga on Monday and Hi/Lo on Saturday PLUS a pilates dvd at home. All in all, the week was good for exercise.
Nutritionally, I could have done better. My average calories for the week was 2047 per day. Not good. Water, fruit & vegetables were all at good levels (8/3/3 or more) but then I ate a bunch of crap besides that. :(
This week my personal goals are:
*Run three times
*Calories in the ranges 6 out of 7 days
