Every morning when I wake up, I look at my nutrition page for what I'll be eating "today". I try not to look to far in advance... too much information sometimes makes me anxious. Lately, it's gotten easier to stay within the ranges that I've set for myself and I'm not too bored (which I thought I would be). Unfortunately, then I go to my fitness page and the disappointment sets in. I used to love going to the gym and now I never go. I love running and now it seems I just can't keep up with my friends. Not since my car accident anyway. It sucks. I cannot expect people to follow me when I'm the one following them. Hopefully, I'll get back to being able to run 10 kms... soon.
