    Good run.
Your HR seems good for that pace (although everyone is definitely different).

My 5 mile run today I set my high HR alarm at 122 and the low HR alarm at 118. Walked when the high alarm went off; ran when the low HR went off. Average Pace for me was 15:25. I definitely need cardio endurance. My interval was probably close to run 15-20 seconds; walk 60-70 seconds.

Great data! Thanks for sharing how you do it. I bought a Garmin recently, but still haven't figured out how to charge it and start using it. Honestly, I haven't tried hard enough, but I will. I would like this kind of data. Great workout! Great week!!

Volunteering

Saturday, January 26, 2013

Up early for a short run. All went well. That makes for a good start for the day.
A little work outside in the yard. Taking advantage of our unusually warm weather.
Next off to the Nehemiah Center for a couple hours of volunteer work. There were 5 guys there. We had a good time and actually accomplished a couple of things of value.
Lunch then to the gym for a good lower body workout.
A little more work around the house.
Wife and I will be in bed early tonight. She is doing a full marathon tomorrow. I'll be doing volunteer check in, starting at 4:30. She and 5 of her friends start at 5:00.
It will be a little too warm the second half, but hope she makes her first full in over 5 years.
