    Besides the PR it looks like you had a great run. Negative splits are good.

It's kind of ironic that the La Porte half will be the warmest race of the bridge series, but it was unusually warm last year and it was run then in December.

Another run in cooler weather. Felt strong the entire way. About mile 8 started to push a little harder. First time this season I wore my compression leg sleeves and found them at my ankles when i was finished. Some pain and tightness in my right knee.

    6+ yesterday with a group of friends ----- sounds like time for new sleeves. I am sure you know thins but do NOT put in the dryer.

    Sounds like a great run. Maybe time for sone new sleeves, I imagine they stretch out over time or you didn't start with the high enough or maybe need a smaller size. I did 8 miles today but felt a little tired, didn't have my A game today.

Best long run in 1 years, likely due to cooler weather, confidence from finishing a half marathon last weekend and no knee pain. After first mile noticed my heart rate was not getting up close to 116 so was able to push harder than normal.

I guess I never realized you where you lived. Great time! I am training for my first half that is February 2nd, 2014. The Texas Half that will be at the Irvin Convention Center.

I didn't understand what you numbers meant though.

    What caused the run to be 23 minutes short of the plan?

You ran for 207 minutes which is a pretty long time so that is great. I thought I was doing good today but ran for only 184 minutes - which was my plan today.

Good luck on the Houston Half Marathon coming up next weekend.
