    Well done. My group run was canceled so I did 13 miles around my neighborhood. I was totally soaked but it was nice and cool.

    Interesting stats. I love to see how different they are for different folks. When I run 8 miles (although it's warmer here) and I drink a lot during, I still lose about 3 lbs. I perspire a lot. Your HR is way low, too, compared to mine.
