Destroying Myself Slowly

Monday, May 28, 2012

Car is fixed, was full of fuel, it now needs a transmission flush.

I am working at night, have a casual sex partner, and am destroying myself slowly with vendor machine food.

Am trying to return to school to be a phlebotomist, it is not cheap, $2500. I need scholarship money ASAP.

I would love to exercise again. I have tried to meet a couple of people on here to go walking at least. I am a fast walker. I know I do not post on here that often, but that is because I rely on my clothes to tell me how I am doing and not a scale or getting some &*#$ing points. This is not Weight Watchers. This is my one and only life, and can't waste time with trying to add up points to get to some trophy I cannot touch :/

    Happy Independence Day!

I would love to work out but I am afraid I would hurt myself. right now I only get about 4 hours sleep.

Would toning/strength training for 15 minutes a day at least be better than nothing, or would i need to sleep 8 hours to really see results? This is my dilemma. Work out and see nothing, or not work out and....

Aha moment, finally!!!

Looking for a car in San Diego

Friday, December 23, 2011

My car died on Wednesday.

I am going to sell it for parts.

I am willing to share a car and take you on errands if you are having difficulty driving in San Diego.

I am not upset, just determined to get another car by the cheapest means possible.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I love the rain

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

I do not like the cold that comes with it though.

I made it through another work day. I am not too sure if my feet will like another work day like today though. I was actually limping. I felt terrible.

I am so sad about seeing the kids off this weekend. I wish I could have them for Christmas just once. It has been a while since I have had them.

I did have them for Thanksgiving which does not usually happen.
I lost 5 pounds. 115 to go...probably should not have written that but I feel like this next year will be full of challenges, goals and accomplishments that are a long time coming :)

Foot Pain -- OUCH!!

Thursday, December 08, 2011

Yes I am still walking through it like a dummy.

If I had insurance, I could do something about it.

I know I am doing something wrong by working out daily, but I am afraid to sit down. I think I will not get back up again like before.

I REALLY need new shoes. I wish I had a friend who worked for Nike or Easy Spirit. Don't mind me, I will try to take better care of myself.

I am in tears because my job gave me beds for myself and children. The Almighty God is so good :)

On my walk the other morning, someone left a blanket and sleeping bag out for grabs. He is so amazing :) It has been cold here (45 degrees, sometimes lower :(...who knew!). ***TEARS*** (can't say anymore just how good He has been to me.)

I thank you Lord Jesus for giving me the strength to go on this long.

God will provide for you - never give up hope. Have you looked into a free clinic to look at your feet?

Drafty Home

Tuesday, December 06, 2011

I am taking charge of the situation.
I am headed to the dollar store to get some nylons and baking soda so that I can make my own draft snakes for the patio, windows, and door.
Doing great on exercising daily. I know I should probably slow down, but I figure I did not slow down when it came to my inactivity and gaining weight so no need to slow down that much to lose.
I am seeing the changes I want to see and I am also watching what I eat.
Sometimes I would much prefer to watch something healthy going in but I just make sure that it is the very next time, or as soon as funds allow. A little sabotage never hurt anyone and I am certainly not going to something like a mean-spirited coworker, a menstrual cycle with a bad attitude, or a bad day at work get in my way :)
Still smiling, yes indeedy!!

Attagirl! That's the spirit! Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and you'll be just fine! Plodding along is always in your best interest, as long as your focus on the general direction is not interrupted. Keep your eye on the finish line. You goal is to finish this race, regardless of how long it takes!
