Today went very well...
I remembered my lunch (and tomorrow's too)!
We had a retirement party for a teacher which included a potluck lunch. There was food everywhere. I brought fresh cut fruit. I had fruit and salad, skipped the croutons and all the other delicious food. I did eat my soup and cottage cheese with it. I skipped the Costco cake too!
I have noticed I am drinking a lot more water. And I am not liking these shorter days. I have been working a lot of hours and not getting home until dark. I am trying to get up earlier to get more fitness minutes in outside, but, truth be told, I love my sleep! Now that I have most if the new software running, I am going to try to shorten my work days a bit.
