Yikes! Only forty days left! Sort of scary when I thought about it after one of my Sparkbuds pointed it out - thanks Karen!!
So, today I ended up working from 7 AM through 10:30 PM. That left no time to run at home, so I went to "plan B" and signed up at a gym down the street from work and used their treadmill and shower during my one hour lunch break! I got 3.5 miles in. I have to say my treadmill at home has spoiled me on the days I have to run inside. The ifit module makes running on a treadmill such a different experience. I was so bored on the gym treadmill. I had my music going but there was nothing interesting to look at. They have tvs in front of the treadmills but I couldn't focus. 3.5 miles seemed to take forever! But, I did get my run in!
I took another 45 minute break later in the day and got my weekly adjustment from my chiropractor...I am determined not to get injured! I want to do hot yoga a couple times per week to stretch out, but not sure where that is going to fit in! I have two more weeks of very long work days - I might have to wait until the long work days are over.
