Oh my gosh! How easy it is to stay within my calorie intake during the summer! Yayyyy!! With fresh cherries to munch on as a snack at my desk at work it is a no-brainer!! I love bringing a 1/2 pint of blueberries to work as well! Strawberries are great too! All I have to do is wash them! Yes!!!! And, for dinner I cook from my garden -- saute extra virgin picante olive oil and garic pepper, add zucchini, tomatoes, jalapenos and add some cooked chicken breast -- YUM!! It is done it 10 minutes and sooooo easy to make! I eat it all summer long! I made exra for tomorrow's lunch. I make a HUGE portion for all of my fellow workers! They love it! And, the best part of this menu is...if you want to eat more, go ahead! It is all healthy, tastes great, and is not going to mess up your calorie intake!
