Today I have family and friends coming over. I find that it is easier to stick with my recommended calorie intake because I have control over most of the foods we will be eating. I can also plan ahead based on what they are bringing to the table. I am headed out to pick up skinless chicken breasts (for the grill), watermelon, blueberries and strawberries, and corn on the cob. I am going to make homemade baked beans. I am also going to throw in a couple finger foods they like that I won't eat (tiny hotdogs in BBQ sauce, cheese and crackers, peanuts). Someone is bringing homemade hamburgers for the grill, but I will stick with the chicken. And, last but not least...I will have my water bottle with me at all times so I limit my alcohol cals (which is Yeungling Light - 99 cals!!) I am tracking my food in Spark ahead of time to help keep me in line!!
