My plantar fascitiis is finally clearing up after I pushed it running a 5k three weeks ago! It was worth it -- I beat my time ! Anyway, this time I knew to rest it -- only walked a little over a mile each day. It was really hard not running for three weeks, but I knew the pain would drag on if I didn't take it easy.
Today I used my IFIT trainer module with my treadmill -- Yayyy! If my foot holds up today, I am going to go for a jog tomorrow. My goal is to run my next 5k in three weeks.
