I have been saying "both" as I am trying to be thankful for my life. But I am very sad. I am at my goal weight but life happens anyway. I know God is with me but sometimes unanswered prayers are unwanted answers. Praying for strength and a hilltop soon instead of this valley.

Wish I could say that insted I put on 10 pounds.
I am sad alsO my hubby has lung cander so been dealing with that. emoticon
Wish God would show me his plans for my life.

80,000 Spark Points!

I was awarded new trophy today by Spark - 80,000 points. I have been a member since February of 2009. My next trophy I should receive in December if all goes well and the creek doesn't rise. Have a great week everyone!

    I've got to say, that's very impressive. I started with SP in February 2009 also. I just got my 50,000 point trophy and thought that was good. Keep up the good work. Looks like Feb 2009 was a good month to start.

It is finally a beautiful day. Out of 21 days this month, this is the second day without rain. I am enjoying it as the weather states rain for the next 6 days starting tonight. It sure would be nice to exercise more outside.

Serenity now...

Serenity is not about the end of pain. It is about my ability to flourish peacefully no matter what life brings my way. Trying very hard to have serenity right now.
