Today I took the healthy lifestyle pledge, am continuing to exercise daily and shoot for those 7 hrs. of nightly sleep. What is new though, I am not only tracking everything I eat and staying within my calorie range but I am now meeting the guidelines of the right amount of fat, carbs and protein. All the diets I have ever been on, I have not done this. Of course, this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. The scale didn't show me what I hoped it would this morning but I had two pairs of these jeans I have on in two different sizes and I have the smaller size on and this is only day 20!! So everyone, persevere!
