Its the first day to yet another try to lose some weight. I am feeling good, mentally and physically. Gonna get to the gym in the evening. Seriously need to lose the weight so those who have done this before any tips ?
I eat normal , no cravings but this time around I am going to keep a very close check on how much I eat even if its healthy coz theres gotta be soemthing I am missing which is sooo screwing my weight loss goals.
