I'm into my third week with SparkPeople, & it's been an awesome journey thus far! I track my foods every day! I measure & weigh my foods, & make certain I take in all my water! I'm walking a minimum of 30 minutes daily! (this from a BIG cough potato!) I log on to SP often! I am soooooooo grateful to SparkPeople for giving me this opportunity to get my life back & for making me feel like I can do this! 'Cause... I CAN DO THIS!
Now, I'm thinking how silly! It's been w/me all the while! What I had to do! Just eat less...& move more! So simple!!!
So now, I'm thinking I need to up the ante when it comes to exercise. I'm not ready for it though...not yet! I think I'll look into something like yoga. I'll put it on the "to do" list & do some research!
All in all...life is good!
