I must admit to you my dear friends, I've been so hungry these last few days! And yesterday I was beginning to not feel well. So I made the decision to eat more...cause my body was telling me I needed to! And oh my! What a difference it made! I felt so much better having the extra calories! Imagine that! Smiling.....
If any of you know me at all...you know I'm very focused when I choose to! And part of my being strives so hard to attain a goal! So much so that I become tunnel-visioned! Today, I will take the time to re-evaluate my fitness & caloric intake & see what needs to be done! I feel an adjustment is needed!
Let's just say I'm due for my 3,000 mile check up!
I WILL do an hour of "Drums Alive"! Oh, how I enJOY this class!
I WILL drink the water!
I WILL walk w/hubby after dinner for 30 min!
I WILL examine my "input" & "output" to recalculate my efforts!
I'm JUMPIN' for JOY! And I'm doing it with my friends!
'Cause weight is 164.8 lbs this morning & I'm down 1.2 lbs for the week!
Down a total of 65.2 lbs since February 2010!
Today...I did ZUMBA for an hour & plan to walk w/hubby this evening after dinner!
Also, I WILL do 20 min of ST using weights!
I WILL stay in calorie range!
I WILL drink the water & be mindful of choices!
I WILL track honestly & accurately!
