Hello My Friends!
I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful weekend & are now ready for the week! I've been adhering to the basic principles of SparkPeople & have remained pretty much on target! It's been a challenge to stay in range with my calories, fat, carbs, & protein allotments! I always seem to go over on at least one category! But, no matter! I'll keep trying! I've been exercising diligently! I've walked 90 min every day! This week I'll be doing ST for 15 min using the stability ball on M-W-F.
Oh, I'm EXCITED! I've found a place that has Zumba in Naples...& I intend to attend a class Tuesday morning! I'll let ya know how it goes!
