Ever since I had my baby, I have really struggled with trying to get motivated to lose weight again. I tried to start in January of this year and I joined some challenges and things, but I'm still the same weight as I was in January. I have recently been more dedicated with my exercise and have found some exercises I really like to do like Zumba and walking with my little boy. I have started doing strength training exercises a lot more also. However, the most important component, diet, has been very difficult for me to commit to. I know I can do it because I did it before for over a year and tracked my food every day. I have just been making excuses for why I haven't done it. Today I finally have renewed my determination to losing weight and I have started tracking!
I decided to do things a bit differently this time around and use the meal plans as my base so I don't have to make decisions about what to eat. I have found already that I really like the way the meal plans work. I'm actually excited to expand my taste buds a bit. I have already tried a couple of great meals today that I probably never would have tried before if I had to come up with it on my own. So, here's to a new resolve to track my food, eat healthier, and finally get rid of this baby weight! WOOHOO!!
