Funny, but may she is like Denise Austin and/or Kathy Smith, who have kept themselves in shape. Denise Austin is 57, the mother of two grown girls, and 5'4" and 112#. Kathy is 59 and has grown children.

LMAO! That's AWESOME! She has been pretty young for a really long time hasn't she? I thought it was cute when they brought out Kelly but then, Barbie never aged and could never tell if Barbie was Kelly's babysitter or her mom LOL. Thank for sharing this. It was a nice laugh. :)

I am glad that your daughter wants to join you in your healthy lifestyle because I find that the more people I have doing this with me, the easier it is for me to keep at it. I haven't done anything for 2 months because I was focusing on school but once my exams are done on the 18th I'll be back in full swing. :) Keep up the great work!

Here's a silly that a challenge that you've made for yourself? OR that someone else made? OR that you're asking team PALS to do? I know it's a silly question but I thought I'd ask. :)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Tuesday, January 06, 2009

I ngredients:

2 cups canned pure pumpkin

1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies Mix (the 18.3-oz. Family Size box)

2 tbsp. Better n Peanut Butter, room temperature

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pumpkin with the brownie mix in a large bowl; stir until smooth (do not add anything else). Spray a small baking pan (8" X 8" work best - no larger!) with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the mixture. Spoon 2 tbsp. of Better n Peanut Butter (room temperature) on top and use a knife to swirl peanut butter around. Cook for approximately 35 minutes. The batter will remain very thick and fudgy, and it should look undercooked. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and let cool in fridge for a couple of hours. Cut into 36 squares and serve.

Yummy! I should avoid any food with "fudge" in the name, but this one sounds too scrumptious to pass up!
