I have a very good friend now, besides my kitties. I adopted Sadie a cute rat terrier dog!! Sadie has a very sweet dispotion, and she loves to play!! What a little blessing

I have a little black and brown terrier from the shelter named Roxy-I got her when she was two and now she's 7. She got me through some difficult times and is the most loving and energetic little cuddle bug ever. Enjoy your sadie! I hope you have many wonderful memories with her :)

Hi, I am very disappointed that I haven't Quit smoking!!! I used to smoke at least 2 and
one-half packs. Now I am smoking a pack a day. A big improvement for me!!
I really hope I can really Quit!! The chandrix made me so nauseauted, and sooooo
constipated. That I quit taking it!! It sure helped more than anything I tried before!!!
I have been sick, running a temp,and sweating profusely. Finally went to the Doctor and am feeling better. Before I go back on the chandrix: I am going to talk to my Doctor
about those two side effectes I menttioned. Doctor is glad I have cut back to one pack
per day!! I am improving on quitting smoking. Very Thankful for that!!!

Never stop trying to quit cause one day it will work!! I was a 3 to 4 pack aday smoker and enjoyed each one i smoked(i thought) its been 6 years but it took a heart attack and open heart surgery to get me to quit! LOL I really suggest anyone who smokes to quit for their health but also know its not as easy as some think! I think t took me a good year to adjust to not smoking cause it was what i done if i felt stressed,sad happy, actually I had one in my hand most of the time. Really your probably alot stronger than you think and one day you WILL succeed. just dont wait as long as i did. have a great day and good luck on your weight loss journey.

I just quit on Sept. 4th. I have to say I didn't want to. I am on oxygen 24/7 now and don't really have a choice. DH is suppose to quit today being his first day. We are using nicaderm patches and gum. It is hard. I crave I think out of habit at certain times. I grab a straw at times just to chew on. Best Wishes. Report Inappropriate Comment |

Please don't say you blew it. You are in progress. You have made progress. That is so important. Just keep going. You will get there as long as that is your desire. I know. I did it this summer.

Don't give up! My dad was a 2-pack-a-day smoker for close to 30 years, and he pulled it off. It takes a little patience, a little perseverance, and a whole lotta willpower! But, it can be done. Hang in there!

It is hard to quit smoking. i have coworkers that have tried. my mother-in-law had luck and has been smoke free for over a year. Cutting down is a big accomplishment and a great start.

i to am a smoker.people say that it is easier to stop smoking than to lose weight.i don't agree ,at least you can still eat.i will deal with the weight first then tacle the smoking. i think both at once would,for me anyway,to hard.i wish you luck and well done for cutting your smoking in half.

I too failed. After 6 months of dieting and quitting I gained too much weight for me to deal with both. I think quitting smoking is the hardest thing I've ever tried. Congrats on cutting back, even that is a step in the right direction.
