Walking in the 109 degrees today

Did my walk this evening and it was still 109 degrees outside. Lucky there was a breeze. I did my 2 mile walk after dinner. I am so glad I got it in even though it was hot out. Hopefully I will do that first thing in morning from now on.

Just found out our oldest niece is pregnant with baby #2. She is due in December. I am truly happy for her. Her little girl is so beautiful and precious! I am sure they are hoping for a boy to complete their family. Very excited to be an aunt again. I may have to venture east over the Christmas holidays to see them!

Scrapbook updating/exercising

I am trying to update my scrapbook. I am about a year behind. I was two years behind but I finally finished 2010! YEA! Now on to 2011 and 2012!

I continue to exercise doing my core workout or Joel Harper and I also stretch each day and do Coach Nicole's Boot Camp DVD. I am being very good about tracking my food each day so I am hoping that being consistent will get me back on track and get those last few pounds off for good.!

    Ahhhh the joys of summer break! So good to hear you are starting off with personal items....I fear I will dig right in to my new math curriculum - baaaaahaaaahaaaa!
Keep tracking and stretching. Are you doing the 28 Day Bootcamp? The Spring Challenge was a good one.
