I am trying to update my scrapbook. I am about a year behind. I was two years behind but I finally finished 2010! YEA! Now on to 2011 and 2012!
I continue to exercise doing my core workout or Joel Harper and I also stretch each day and do Coach Nicole's Boot Camp DVD. I am being very good about tracking my food each day so I am hoping that being consistent will get me back on track and get those last few pounds off for good.!
