Well I finally weighed and measured myself after noticing that my middle was less curvy than usual. Although all of my clothes still fit, I feel like my middle has spread a little bit. Being over 50, I knew it was coming so now to get back on track measuring everything and tweaking my exercise program. I am still strong in my sit ups and crunches. I will be trying to do more of both in the months to come. Staying active is important to me so I will be trying more things to help the weight come back off. I think the key for me will be measuring the food and recording more again. This has been a year of changes with me changes jobs after being at my other job for 20 years. My son is out of college working the the work force. My daughter is in her 3rd year of college and she turns 21 in a couple of months. Hard to believe my children are 23 and 21. My husband has had his challenges with his health in the past couple of years but he is finally back on track and now walks with me more often. I think it is time again for me to focus a little more on myself although my new job is taking a lot of time to learn it all, I think I need to take a little more time for me.
