Hey everyone. I have a question... has anyone else followed their calorie plan, exercised and still doubted the scale? I swear, I step onto that thing and think its lying. Lol! I think its lying because its actually moving DOWN. I am so afraid that I want to keep getting on it to see if I magically have gained back the 3 pounds I've lost. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. :)
