Bye Bye Gluten...

Week One:

-Remove gluten (that's right, no more beer...)
-Ride bike to work everyday
-Pack lunch every day
-Attend 3 yoga classes
-Eat a green smoothie or yogurt and fruit for breakfast
-Cook delicious dinners
