Well, here goes. I am not a good at expressing my thoughts but I will certainly try.
1) Where I want to be in my weight loss/health/fitness by 1/1/10.
In terms of weight loss, I want to be at my goal weight, which would be around 130 lbs. I should really be lower but it has taken me a long time, almost 2 years to get where I am now. My health, thankfully is fine at this point but getting my weight will help me stay healthy. I enjoy exercising - walking, Zumba and aerobics. I also do yoga and Pilates. I plan to keep up my exercising by going to classes on a regular basis.
These goals are important for me because I have a small frame and am carrying too much weight on the frame. This causes my legs to hurt and feeling uncomfortable at times. For health reasons, I need to get my weight down to a lower amount.
3)What do I have to do different in order to accomplish my intent for myself.
I have to be more consistent in what I eat. I tend to go off track and eat more than I should so even though I exercise consistently I donít gain weight but I donít lose weight. I need to be more conscientious so that I will lose the weight.
4)What do I have to let go of to accomplish my intent.
I simply have to stop eating out. And if I do, I need to eat foods that are more consistent with staying within my calorie limits and not treat myself. And when I travel and have to eat out, I need to watch the foods and choose wisely.
