Day 2 - still going!

Good start to the day - other than the freezing yukky weather. Had winds between 30-40 miles an hour - for more than 36 hours! Glad I was inside most of the time. Ate bowl of cereal for breakfast and drank water all day (NO SODA!) Did have pizza at lunch but kept busy so think I'll survive. Hubby made saurkraut and potatoes with smoked pork for supper - watched my portion and drank water, again. Now getting ready to exercise. Can't figure out why my legs are killing me with only 1 minute on eliptical - but will keep at it. Will post some of what I have learned from a new book I've been reading. Going to work out - back later.

Fast note - just finished 30 minutes of WiiFit Yoga - excellent and motivating. Only did 5 poses but repeated until I got them correct and good form. Focus - focus - focus!!! Going to go have some water and perhaps a couple of prunes (I like them!!) Going to sleep good tonight!

My LAST "Re-Start!!

OK - I have started, re-started, re-started, re-started (add about a thousand more "re-started's" to the list) my journey to a healthier me and this is the end! Well, it's the end of the re-starts and the last start to my FINAL beginning.

I am committed to not only learning about how to eat right and how to exercise; but to actually eat right and to exercise every single day of my life. It's a frustrating journey for me but I refuse to give up or give in. Using SparkPeople and Weight Watchers websites are more beneficial than I ever thought they would be for me. There is no excuse for failure - and failure is not an option. I'm planning on posting a little blog at least once a week, even if only to say how I feel about the day.

Eventually I will reach my goals!! I need to keep in mind how important my teams are that have been encouraging and motivating - SP Class of February 11-17, 2007 and Weight Watchers Friends. Without them, I'd be in BIG trouble!!
