I went over my calorie intake today, but its ok. I had already eaten a plain turkey/cheese sandwich with my students, then I was offered some sub sandwich at my office. I was actually a bit hungry earlier, so I went to our new healthy vending machine that my job put in, I bought veggie chips, then I ate a little piece of sub. I counted everything so by the time I entered my dinner I was over a little.
Tonight I found a great belly dancing cardio workout and did that for 30 minutes, so I feel good about over doing the eating.

I'm feeling strong, emotionally and physically. I'm attempting to eat more veggies and fruit today. I'm making some chicken noodle soup for dinner, but i made the noodles separate so i can control how much goes in each serving. Drank my whole pitcher of sassy water, going to make some more for tomorrow. I staying on track with my goals I set at the begging of the week so I'm happy about that! Just need to work out, keep on keeping on all my Spark friends, thank so much for the support and encouragement!!
I walked for 30 minutes tonight with my sister, we have been increasing more each night. I just tracked my food and exercise so I'm still highly motivated!! Not feeling deprived or hungry, at looking at my food for the day, I need to eat more fruits and veggies. So I made it through yesterday and it wasn't bad, I'm doing good today too. I'm a bit sore in the legs from the exercise, but I guess that means I did something right? LOL One day at a time is what I say......
Made the veggie soup, a recipe that my mom gave me made with all kinds of greens, one potato, one onion and some garlic. I added some white beans, about 6 croutons and pinch of cheese, a full meal and really filling and yummmy! hit me up if you need to know how to make it.
