Why Fast Food Is Dangerous Even After You've Stopped Eating It

Since I have some spare time now (I stretched my back while trying to lift something heavy and I need to pause my workouts for about two days) I am going to tell you why fast food is dangerous even after you've stopped eating it.
When you eat fast food, you eat a lot of calories in one compressed meal so you try to eat little of it. In the mornings you don't eat anything, a sandwich at school, a fast food menu at lunch and something more at evening. OK, that gets you fat. That's what got me fat.
But now that I've stopped eating it I'm used to eating compressed meals - and healthy foods have few calories so that leads me to not eating enough calories per day.
So watch out - if you're eating healthy, your calorie intake is way different, so watch out for under-eating!

    that is true thats why some people are not losing.but i would not change eating heather and go back to my old ways never. emoticon

    I, too, have found that to be the case during past times of eating healthy. If you eat only whole, raw, healthy foods you have to eat a TON (ok...exaggerating!) of stuff to make up calories, but that is what gives us all the fiber and nutrition we need.

If I am eating as I should, I find myself in grazing mode and just munching on nuts, a handful of sprouts, black bean brownies, or anything healthy just about all day. I love the variety though because if I eat junk I can only eat a little and only once or twice.

Again, I had nothing scheduled, but I did 55 mins of Rollerblading - Low Intensity... meaning about 150 calories burned :D

Today I did 35 minutes of stationary bicycle in order to lose the 153 calories that were planned. I was so tired from yesterday, but I managed to get motivated enough to do it.

I also did some strength exercises...

Today I wasn't supposed to do any sports but I couldn't resist - I went rollerblading in the park for 45 mins (290 calories). I could feel my legs and buttocks work so it was efficient and fun :)

10 min cardio bootcamp

+ all the strength exercises that I had programmed for today in my training!

I started drinking a cup of green tea daily so that I lose fat faster, plus it's extremely healthy and prevents many diseases and it stops water retention.
