Today is the beginning of Lent. What will I give up...I usually give up sugar, white flour and anything sweet..well that I gave up a long time ago.
I plan on giving up laziness// I am hoping to excer everyday in some way or another. Putting Treadmill down on the floor tomorrow and doing more Yoga.
I think I can do this at least 3 to 6 times a week.
