ok so the first day after my first workout was AWFUL. my body was SOOOOO sore i couldnt sit or stand without saying OW! but it was amazing because i worked ALL those muscles. went to salem MA yesterday and walked for 9n hours so i felt i didnt have to do the workout yesterday (and i was still recovering from day 1) Today was a TINY bit easier. im still drinched in sweat and i know im gonna be sore later but i can already feel a change in my stamina which is great!

Ok, so today was the first day i tried the 30 day shred on level 1. WOW! ive been dieting and exercersing since august. i lost 7 pounds the first week and have already plato'd. I also took an out of the blue trip to FL about 2 weeks ago, so i kinda lost track of exercersing.But im back into it! Its time. Im now 200 pounds (post baby weight). Goal, 155. LETS DO THIS!
i feel if i blog after every work out, that'll help me actually do this for 30 days. And i can also mark my progress.
So day 1... that was hard. My allergies havent made breathing easy the past few weeks so todays work out was hard on my lungs. My legs feel like JELLY. Ive been doing bollywood work outs which are great but im not seeing the results i want. Hopefully i WILL stick with this work out for 30 days. Im really going to try hard. I want to fit back into my size 11 pants (pre-baby pants) Currently im in 15's. emoticon oye. I want to weigh 115 by my daughters first birthday, 2/28/2013... I really hope to see a great improvement next week on my stamina!
